It tooks me more than an hour to encash my cheque.. I arrived past 8am, #1 on teller but I left the bank at 10:17am 1. I suggest to add more clerk on the teller side or rather there's a separate teller for the VIP. Both regular and VIP are on same lane... 2. Numbering on the regular customer is insignificant, while others have higher number but processed promptly. 3. I understand that your investors are important but be fair with other customer who are patronizing your bank. Time is also important to us as well. I hope your branch will improve.. thank you and God bless!

I went to ChinaBank Lagro in Quezon City earlier today, January 5, 2023. This is my first time to deposit in this branch, however one the security guard assigned outside the bank is really rude. I asked him on where I can park my motorcycle, because I couldn't see any signage for motor parking, but sadly that guard isn't responding, he looks sleepy and lazy. I even try to gesture my hand to see if he will assist me but he didn't. So i just park it in front of the bank instead. When I entered the bank, his voice sounds rude and the tone of it is loud than normal, i feel that he shouted a customer like me, I feel disrespected. Being not a regular customer in this branch, I feel not satisfied with their customer service. Please action this asap, and help your personnel to have a well mannered attitude towards his work. I hope it won't happen again to any customers. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

This branch has no sense of urgency and fails to give a good customer experience. It seems like they don't take care of their customers! Chinabank please take action on this poor service!
