Slow service. There are 5 tellers but waited already an hour for 1 number to move. When we asked what's taking so long, the tellers said they are busy with other tasks. If that's the case, they should add more tellers to handle the queue bec it is such a waste of time for such a simple withdrawal transaction. Compared to other banks, while the queues are long, the numbers are moving. Unlike here, 1 number takes 45 mins to 1 hr bec all the tellers are pre-occupied with other things than catering to the customers.

It's a simple transaction about my mobile banking issue and the new account can't assist me. They said only the call center can assist me so I ask if I can use their phone since it's long distance plus it's China bank transaction but they didnot let me used their phone. Seriously worst customer service in the Philippines banking industry. I haven't been poorly treat as they did to me

Very Poor Management.. wasted 30mins waiting for the queue to move.. teller said they still have so many pending tasks to do before working in the walk-in clients.. taking my money elsewhere.. doesn't even have its own parking lot.

If you're transacting your BIR payments here, they've improved their processing but you'll still have to wait for an hour or less.

Transaction is quick. Polite banking staffs.
