The best thing is that even during Saturdays they are now open from 10 am to 2 pm. It is being helpful if you need bank transaction during weekends. If your weren't able to catch up though, your can priced to their other branch in SM City Cebu because they are open front Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm
Too slow, waiting for your number to be called takes an hour even though there are only a few customers inside.
the female bank teller is tooooo sloooow to process one customer transaction. one transaction would take half an hour or more for some which i notice.Only in the Philippines kind of service.
More than an hour waiting time. So slow.
