Worst bank experience. Encountered a very rude teller: Renz B. Elpedes - condescending, mocking, and dismissive. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. The bank manager was on leave too and had to speak to indecisive people in charge. They were at least kind enough to explain the problem with my transaction. These rude employees are never punished and just treat customers like trash. People like him need to be reprimanded and humbled. His behavior was completely unprofessional. There wasn't even any other customer inside so there is no excuse for his attitude and laziness. Hope that Chinabank will address this issue. It's insulting to your depositors to be treated badly by your employee.

Worst bank..i waited 1 hour just only for basic money widrawal but they still didn't process my transaction and they told me its need confirmation from main branch so unfortunately never made!..aside for that very rude security guard who insulted behind me..i cant even call this place bank since its more of jurasic place with lazy and inrespondible staff!..better to not transact in this place with that kind of attuide!
