Chase Bank 801 James Street Northside

Think I made a mistake. Got scheduled for a 9am appointment and its already 30 mins past the appointment time and im being told its gonna be 20 to 30 mins. Great way to treat business customers. I actually might get up and leave. This is crazy.

They scammed me out of $100. They advertised a $400 coupon if you open a new account and deposit a certain amount into it, and despite the fact that it’s advertised on their website and they sent me multiple emails about the offer, they only gave me $300, even though I met all the requirements. We wanted to use that bonus to go on our honeymoon and it was specifically why we opened this account with Chase, as opposed to other banks. When I tried to rectify the error on their part, they told me there was nothing they can do, even after I offered to return the $300 so I could have the $400 that was advertised. They also never returned my money when someone stole my information a year or so ago. This billion dollar bank can’t fulfill their promises and doesn’t care about their customers.

This bank is by far the best ever and the only bank I will ever trust. Also and most importantly, Chirstina, is absolutely the best and makes working with this branch truly a premium banking experience!

Only 3 stars, but this is not because of the staff. I've only had business with the tellers and they have always been great. Polite, friendly and accurate. But this bank is constantly understaffed. The last time I went, they had 2 tellers, 1 of which was doing both the drive through and an inside slot. He wasn't fast but I'd rather not have the person handling my money being in a rush, personally. Great location for me on the way to work, but they seriously need to do better scheduling for the tellers. I don't know if they are understaffed to save a buck or because they pay low, but either way, it's the 1 thing that keeps me from giving them anymore stars.
