I am very tall for a woman, and I have a rather deep voice, so I get called “sir” frequently. Usually it’s not a big deal, either I correct someone or they correct themself, but the front clerk (a young woman, don’t remember her name) who accidentally called me “he” handled it in a way that just made me feel so uncomfortable. She immediately changed it to “they,” but even after I told her I’m female, she only referred to me as “they” or “them.” She also kept repeatedly apologizing and complaining about how it had been a long day, and just made it very clear that it was a burden to interact with me.

I set an appointment with Sebastian yesterday for 10 a.m. today, and he was ready to help right on time. He walked me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had all the information I needed. He was very patient and professional the entire time. Excellent service from start to finish. Also, thank you for serving our country let’s go Marines! 🇺🇸

This branch is quite good compared to the other branches in this area. The people here are pretty knowledgeable and helpful and respectful.

You have to set up an appointment, no walk ins. Then when we show up for the appointment the person we set the appointment up with isn't in. The branch manager David Thunell was very dismissive and did have any accountability. Not to mention the lack of communication in expectations and delays. Mia was nice though so they get a star. Oh and they dont have any public restrooms so if your kid needs a diaper change while your here, good luck

This branch is an incredibly efficient location. I have never waited long to be helped and they are always very straightforward with their procedures. I’ve used this branch for deposits, withdraws, new cards, foreign currency exchange, and fraud. Everything is easy and quick. They also have an ATM on the inside of the branch that can be accessed 24/7 when you open the door with your debit card. I have never used the drive up service here, just indoor services.
