Chase Bank 2500 PGA Boulevard Palm Beach Gardens

I had a disappointing experience at the Chase branch. I opened my account with the understanding that I would receive a $300 bonus for new customers. However, I was not properly informed that I needed to provide a coupon to qualify for the bonus. When I realized I hadn’t received the bonus, I reached out to the branch but was offered no solution or support. This is incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on the quality of service and transparency that I expected from Chase. Very poor experience overall.

Horrible branch location. Will not be going back. We deposited checks through a bank teller and he deposited money to someone else’s account. We had to go back to the bank to get our own money back and the bank still hasn’t been returned money to our account. The manager didn’t really handle the issue well and the level of customer service provided was minimal. We are reevaluating banking with Chase at this point and might move our account elsewhere. We can’t trust a bank that can’t deposit checks to our own account. It might be time to bank elsewhere.

I just left the 2500 pga branch and spoke with Josh Hadid. He completely exceeded my expectations with my banking issues. Absolutely professional and helpful. I’ve been with Chase for a long time and will continue to be a client.

I go to this bank everyday, I know all the employee names and they know me. They make every visit I take special. Today they gave me a stress ball which made my day. Thank you Jasmine, James, and Micheal for having great customer service, and thank you too Mac I didn’t forget about you. They have a great team. The amazing chase bank is ran by the man Ian which is backed by a successful team. -Fred

I went in on a busy morning without an appointment and the team was still welcoming and took the time to help me schedule an appointment for later. I met with Evan F. - he was very patient, informative, and professional. He and the team did a great job of juggling all the customers coming in while still dedicating attention to each individual. Evan even called me later to follow up on a question I had. Thank you for providing great service! I Googled the bank before arriving and it was very easy to spot. There were plenty of close parking spots and the lobby & offices were very clean. Great looking place – you can tell they take pride in their space.
