My partner and I went into this Chase and 10/10 would recommend. Everyone was so kind from the moment we stepped into the place. Kade was an absolute joy to talk to and Nieda(?) was so beautiful, kind, considerate, helpful, and smart! We had lots of questions around our CC and Earnest Day was so incredibly kind, funny, authentic, helpful, concise, considerate. He helped us with everything we needed and more. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience ❤️ Whoever oversees those beautiful humans please give them a raise because they made me want to forever work with Chase

I regularly visit this location and was disappointed by what I experienced on 7/28 around 3:40 PM. While waiting in line to use the ATM, I observed a security guard sitting directly beside the machine. He was watching the person in front of me, who happened to be Latino...with what appeared to be clear judgment and profiling. His expression was noticeably negative, and it felt unprofessional and inappropriate for someone in that role. When I made eye contact to acknowledge that I noticed his behavior, he turned the same stare on me in what felt like an attempt to intimidate. As a customer simply waiting to use the ATM, this felt unnecessary and unsettling. A security guard’s presence should help customers feel safe, not scrutinized or harassed. Eventually, he looked away with a very exaggerated and patronizing smile, which only reinforced the sense that his behavior was intentional and dismissive. I was prepared to speak up if the behavior continued once it was my turn at the machine

As a longtime Chase customer from other locations, I was happy to see that this large branch has a very personal feel to it. On our first visit, we were greeted warmly. On the second visit, we were once again met by several team members, all of whom were friendly. It’s a pleasure to bank here.

Came to open a local bank account..the building was closes fo a power shortage..Tried to ask the Asian man with a tie a question, he refused to answer the door, I'm hard of hearing so couldn't understand what he was saying through the door. Himself and a tall white security guard seemed to think it was funny and refused to open the door. Have never seen such poor service from a bank. Will be closing my uk. Chase account and going elsewhere.
