Chase Bank 1460 State Street West End/West Side

Worst chase bank ever ! I went on may 20th at 1:30pm all the tellers where rude and confused. I said I wanted to make a deposit they asked me can’t I use the machine ? I asked them to look up a coupon code for me so I can see when it would arrive in my business bank account their reply was - I’m not a banker I wouldn’t know how to do that - so now I have to drive all the way back to the chase I originally opened my account with to get simple information that should show up at any branch I go to - waste of time and not helpful! They all need to be retrained ! Pls hire staff that properly understand English because the older teller seemed confused and the others seemed like they didn’t want to work

Ashley was so kind today in helping me figure out an issue I had with my checks. She went above and beyond and was so friendly and nice. Best experience I have had at a bank.

Opened an account at my local Chase Bank and had a great experience. Angelica Vargas is extremely knowledgable and personable. She gave me tips on linking up another account and using my Apple Wallet. The architecture of the building is grand, one of the many things I love about Bridgeport.

the branch processed my cashiers check twice for $2000 and put a hold on my account for 5 days before they would release it. When I called customer service they advised me that couldn’t see the transaction, then said the only way to fix the issue is for the branch to rectify it. It was already a stressed weekend with a funeral and wedding, the branch’s error is absolutely unacceptable.

I don’t know what’s up with this chase. One of the worst bank facilities I have had to deal with. I newly opened a chase account and seems like every-time im here to deposit, or withdrawal money there’s some issues. There’s a couple ladies working at the bank I have yet to see a man. The women that work there work on there on there own time and don’t seem like they care about there customers. I was behind 2 people there where 4 employees, but only one at the counter. I waited 40 mins just to make a deposit and I was already late for my job. Almost every time I have came here there is some issue with the system, scanners, cc machine, deposit, or some other random reason. I don’t think I will be coming back to this facility again even though this is the closest and local to me.
