Chase Bank 1115 South 800 East Hillcrest

I have been using Chase for years. Twice now when I needed a bit of help and this Orem branch has gone above and beyond...and "always with a smile." Ok so maybe this is not some huge thing...I needed something notarized. The bank teller named Esmeralda, and a great woman named Maddy made me feel like a VIP customer. Super kind, friendly., FAST, and helpful. I'd like to thank them for their kindess and help. Saved me $10 vs going to a ripoff UPS store, but more than that, it was their kindeness and how I was treated...Much apprecaited!

The manager Nathan met with me even though I didn’t know I needed to make an appointment and helped me go through everything very simply and quickly. Great service

I had the intention to open a savings account but not anymore . I went last weekend and they told me it’s better to make an appointment because weekends are busy for them . I make my appointment for today because I have a busy schedule and Saturdays are better for me so I arrived a couple minutes after my appointment and they couldn’t help me because the banker just attend a walk in . I told the teller I wasn’t sure what time my appointment was because they didn’t send any text to my phone and that was because they didn’t create a profile when I make my appointment in person last weekend. Horrible experience and waste of time . How difficult is to open a savings account? They close at 2:00 pm and I came at 10:30 am . Is it take 4 hours to open an account, also last weekend the girl told me they don’t attend walk in and today they said a completely different thing.

Multiple negative experiences here. For an account I had they requested I bring in more documents so they could keep the account open. I brought in the documents but they closed my account anyway without talking with me. They are often unable to help me in the bank location and tell me I have to call a phone number. The robot system is very unpleasant and takes forever to be able to speak to a human that can actually help me with my account. Bad business and bad experience as a customer. I have better experiences at other banks and will probably close all my accounts with Chase.
