never would i have thought i would bother leaving a review for a banking experience but the gentleman and lady manning the ticket counter has such good service i felt that they should be recognised the lady saw that i was waiting for the exchange rate to pop up on screen so she proactively printed out a ticket with a summary of the information. the gentleman was warm and inviting. even spoke korean to a group of tourists that came it. i was very impressed. the place is also really clean and well kept with water dispenser.
This bank has the friendliest security guard who was immediately helpful when I, as a foreigner, was a little unsure at the ATM. Thank you very much and many greetings, now again from the other side of the world.
