I am so thrilled to have a National Bank closer to home and excited to be a part of it. It’s too bad though that this prestigious bank has chosen to reward newcomers to Canada rather than any and all new acct holders. The sign-up bonus should apply to all new accts and not only a certain demographic. I look forward to addressing this matter with the branch manager and having the welcome bonus applied to my acct through manual intervention. I have in the past cleared welcome bonuses at the Big Five and National Bank should be no different. I have held off on opening an acct here until the $300 sign-up bonus is brought back and achievable-to-all.

Omg A new National Bank location closer to Cambridge YES PLEASE !!!! I went yesterday and was happy to have all of my banking inquiries taken care of, and more! The kind advisor who helped me also quickly let me know of additional products of interest - briefly, but informatively and with no pressure whatsoever (more like an 'FYI vibe). I had a great experience and will be back!
