National Bank 310 101 Schoolhouse Street

I fully paid off my car loan, and still over charged my account few times. I came to the branch, the manager wont even talk to me to apologize, give assurance, and resove the problem. The tellers are are 2 senior ladies who are very slow, and made mistakes (one gave me a wrong amount, the other one messed up my payment). The experience was very frustrating. I still have to wait for the refund of the over payment without any assurance when they will give my money back. They can’t reverse my account immediately, they asked me to come back and to get my refund, or they will have it mailed. What a terrible experience!

I had an issue with another bank regarding a bank draft needed for a real estate purchase. The issue put my purchase in jeopardy. I'm not even a direct client of CWB but I went in to the tri-cities branch for assistance. Al-Riyaz went above and beyond to sort the issue out and moved mountains to make sure that I could get the bank draft I needed for my down payment. I cannot thank Al-Riyaz and the other employees at this branch enough for their help. They definitely saved me and were very kind and professional throughout. Thank you!

Had anna mcneil who decided to make a very rude and defaming email to my clients who I tried to refer to them. They clearly do not know how to treat people who are trying to refer them legitimate business where my clients are multi-million clients that wanted to start a new banking relationship!

When are you hours going to extend to those who work during 9-5? M-F? Very inconvenient. Like your bank, your personal service, but hours are terrible for convenience.
