She demonstrated excellent customer service skills, was very detail oriented and most importantly had follow up and follow through. If all companies had staff like Angela there would a lot more efficient businesses.

I would like to recognize Colleen for her outstanding knowledge, excellent customer service and friendly service. She goes above and beyond! Colleen has earned this recognition for CWB as a front line who sincerely earns business because of her outstanding customer service. She is rare! I have referred others to CWB because of Colleen! Today I went into the Canadian Western Bank in Sherwood Park looking to get some change for a $50 bill. There were no customers in the bank and several staff; when inquiring about change I was promptly told that if I was not a member of the bank that they couldn't help me. I have been to numerous different banks to get change over the past year and I have never encountered a bank that says if I am not a member they won't make change for my cash. I was very disappointed in their customer service.

We have always had great service here. They have set appointments for us to make efficient use of our time.
