Advisors leave and don’t notify you nor do new Advisors bother to contact you and introduce themselves. Account is closed for inactivity without notification. Website indicates you can apply for an account online but then won’t let you do so even though you’re already a client. Poor customer service. And to top it all off, Mutual Fund management gets moved to Vancouver. Seems CWB only values their wealthy customers.
over the 7 years, ive had my biz account closed without being notified, been shortchanged by a teller, who said "oh can we resolve this after lunch" while walking away. cheques have spelling mistakes on them, its redonkulous..hoping now that they finaly have an online presence ..oh and the online banking is glitchy every single time..but hope they get it together.
Over the years I've delt with all of the big banks at one time or another. CWB is by far the best bank I've ever delt with. I've been with them now for about 12 years and wouldn't even consider changing. My account manager Nick has always gone the extra mile.
Very disappointed with CWB. I have been with them for 8 years and have had 1 good year of service. They talk a good game but that’s where it ends!
Very helpful. We switched our business and personal accounts to this bank. Big improvement over our experience with RBC.
