National Bank 100 19915 64 Avenue

Since the National Banque du Quebec absorbed the Canadian Western Bank, there have been many changes ... for the worse, I'm afraid. #1 the branch will NOT answer their phone, and #2 the online version of bank account is far from accurate, and, of course, I cannot speak to anyone in the branch about this. And I telephoned the head office in Quebec and the phone was answered in Francais. And when I asked if she spoke English ... she did so but broken English ... but I could NOT understand her. So I'm stuck and cannot correct my online account ... they have my money and I can't control it. UNBELIEVABLE

Customer service very poor. Very rude and unsympathetic. Lady at the counter was nice but when the second person from inside the office intervened she was rude to her as well. I will bring my business somewhere else.
