I've always had difficult dealings with this bank. I've always dealt with Brussels and Liège, but they're difficult to reach and don't respond very quickly because they have so many applications. I urgently needed a specific document and, without hope, thought I'd ask the local branch. I assumed they wouldn't be able to help me... I was pleasantly surprised. I made an appointment online the day before, and when I arrived, I was even served 10 minutes in advance by the friendly gentleman at the reception desk. He was able to print the necessary document for me right away, and my problems were resolved immediately. I'm very satisfied with this branch, thank you!

I just received the bill for processing my file (€150). I'm shocked by this amount. The cost was never discussed beforehand. Not exactly customer-friendly.

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They charge €150 to process a single application. NB: KBC charges €50 for the same service.
