Fortis is at its best. I've been a customer for years. It's difficult to reach for questions. Making an appointment for everything... even calling for information is a problem. Reaching someone to arrange car insurance is a real hassle... not amused! It won't be long before we're potentially leaving Fortis with everything... P.S. After years of being a satisfied customer, unfortunately, support for businesses has declined from good to very poor. Even canceling Coda seems impossible. After numerous follow-ups, complaints, signing documents, etc., they keep charging for this service, then claim the document they provided isn't the correct one, but without any information after multiple follow-ups about what "is" the correct document. To date, after many months, they still haven't been able to completely stop the Coda charges.

Yesterday I went in for information about the merger with the Post Office. I had received a letter. The lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Her explanation was that she didn't know much about it herself and that I should just read the brochure. 0/10 for reception. We will never be customers there. Never will.
