Worst service ever seen at a bank, no empathy from the employees, they only have it in for people with large fortunes.
Bad experience with Fortis Lennik. I wanted to buy a new car and withdraw money for it. It wasn't possible to withdraw that much money. They have to temporarily open your account for bank transfers, which they refused to do. I had to borrow money from family to buy the car, even though I had more than enough in my own account.
