Poor organization and lack of professionalism. It's impossible to apply for a credit card online. The wait for an appointment is endless. I'm going to close my bank account and open another one in a few days.

1 star out of 5... Because you can't give 0! I made an appointment a few days ago for today at 1:30 PM at the FortisBank branch in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe. I arrived at 1:25 PM, the door was closed—normal, maybe it was lunchtime. But around 1:35-1:40 PM, I saw an employee come in, lower his head, not say hello, and close the door behind him without a word. I waited some more... still nothing. At 1:45 PM, I finally left, completely ignored. Frankly, it's shameful. I was the first appointment of the afternoon; I thought they would be punctual. Instead, a closed door, laughter in an office, and absolutely no respect for the customer. I wasn't seen, and this experience has convinced me of one thing: I'm going to change banks. You'll be able to see for yourself in a few weeks; my accounts will be closed.

Bad agency. No follow-up, no response after several reminders, poor advisor. Avoid it.
