Quiet place and good service
Thanks for the super-fast help. I needed one of those boxes to log in to my banking app, and while I was constantly being sent from pillar to post at various post offices and the branch on Meir, I was helped immediately here!👍
Worst customer experience ever. The fact that the world is changing to a banking app is one thing. The fact that an employee is unwilling to process payments in my account with a €6 transaction fee, after I explained that there are bills that simply need to be paid, and then she's so grumpy about it, is beyond me. Those who were willing to help me and did help me, thank you. KBC is the one for me.
Worst service I have ever had at a bank. I have been trying to open an account for months; every time it is supposedly sorted out the next day, and then I hear nothing back for weeks. I have better things to do than hang on the phone every week and hope they answer. 0/10
