I am a new customer of BNP. I was admirably well received by my adviser Mrs. Lara Semaan. She took the time to offer me her valuable advice. For the moment, I have a very good image of the bank BNP. I highly recommend !
The worst bank I have seen in my life. They never answer letters, calls or emails. Their service is a complete mess. They will never pay attention to your needs as a client. I have had several problems with my bank account and they just do not care. That's not the service that one expect from "La banque d'un monde qui change".
Mr. Toussaint is really kind, helpful and effectively communicate with customers. Besides, he also speaks English.
Easy to find a parking lot nearby. Very friendly staffs. I believe it's the best BNP branch in Nancy.
