Benjamin the receptionist was so nice ,professional and patient .He helped me with all the card activation process in English since I was struggling with French and even helped me to do all the process.Thank you Benjamin.

Customer service is great everytime even with my limited french Benjamin is always helpful and meeting my needs.
They are charging me money even though it was supposed to be free as per my student benefits when I opened the account. But it was 3,18 euros at first so I didn’t care much. Today they charged me 36,67 euros which is absurd. I sent an email and have not received any replies yet.
Horrible. As an exchange student trying to get a debit card here in France, it has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my card. I’ve sent numerous emails and have gotten nothing in reply.
