A BNP Paribas agent contacted me today following my initial comment (see below). I appreciate their professionalism. In the meantime, the problem has been resolved, and I was able to deposit my checks. Therefore, I am revising my rating upwards. I am only giving 4 stars because it is unacceptable that such a malfunction persisted for so long in several branches of the network. Original comment: Check machine still out of order after more than 2 weeks. I went to 2 branches and it's the same 😭
