This place absolutely does not deserve to be called a bank or post office. I've never experienced anything like it. I arrived on a Tuesday at 1 p.m., waited in line until 1:45 p.m., only to be told to come back in the afternoon because they only handle mail, no financial services, just to give me my bank details (RIB). When I asked what she meant by "afternoon" since it was 1:45 p.m., she told me 3 p.m. ZERO STARS

Hello, yesterday I received a miserable, abominable, and unprofessional welcome from two post office agents. They threatened to close my account and stop serving me just because I went to the post office at 6:15 PM. They even told me, "You'll stay until 6 PM." For coming when the post office closes at 7:00 PM. Screaming threats, a real mess at the Poste République office in Saint-Denis. I realized at the end that a representative last October didn't appreciate the fact that I asked to see an advisor and that I wasn't satisfied with his response that day. My request was very urgent and I was looking for a solution. He apparently told other agents (a lack of confidentiality). The agents yesterday didn't want to serve me, so they didn't want to serve me. I've been a customer for 22 years and have never had any problems before. Don't stay at this office. Sincerely.

My mother, who has a joint account and recently lost her husband, has been trying for two weeks to get an appointment with an advisor because the joint account is blocked. She went yesterday morning, and the advisor yelled at her and called security to have her removed, even though she hadn't shown any aggression! I am appalled by this kind of advisor who makes money off people but doesn't hesitate to show contempt and arrogance towards those in difficult situations like hers. We will be starting the process of changing banks shortly.

This is THE BEST thing I've ever experienced. I forgot my ATM card at home. I needed €60 to get out of trouble, and I was in a bind. The teller told me I couldn't withdraw, and they gave me my ATM card (????). Goodbye logic at La Banque Postale. If I have my card, why am I coming to you with my ID and account number to make a withdrawal??? It makes NO sense. Not to mention the endless wait. There are plenty of employees, but it's so long. I'm leaving this bank soon; it's just too much.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My mother had a joint account with my father, which was supposedly registered only in my father's name, even though the advisors clearly stated that both names were on the account when my father was still alive. My father has passed away, and despite having all the evidence, they blocked the joint account, which should have reverted to my mother. Now she's without a bank account and therefore without any money! It's unacceptable; they're thieves, and they don't even bother to look at what's shown to them. Their first instinct is to yell at my mother and call security when she tries to recover her money and her account, and they don't even try to be aggressive. This isn't the first time they've treated her this way. They have no patience and all they know how to do is steal people's money. STAY AWAY!!!
