BNP Paribas - Chantilly 8 bis Avenue du Maréchal Joffre Chantilly

It feels almost unfair to award them even 1 star, but as google sets that as the minimum I guess they get 1 free star from me. The world's worst branch for any bank. I've been here about fifteen times to try to close my bank account. I've filled out form after form after form. I really don't understand why BNP doesn't just close this branch, it would surely be better for everyone involved. Horrendous customer service, absolute incompetence, just the worst branch ever.

We opened a business account and a separate account for our sons there. We wanted to close everything because there was no follow-up, and the advisor kept changing constantly. The business account took six months to close, and to this day, they still haven't done what's necessary to close our son's account and transfer the funds to another bank. We've gone there in person several times. Each time, they tell us it's going to be done, but months later, nothing has been done. They're playing with our money! Furthermore, we have no access to the account (no app, no website). Avoid at all costs.

I've handled several cases with BNP Paribas in Chantilly. I'm very satisfied with their welcome, courtesy, responsiveness, and efficiency. It's a pleasure to deal with their advisors. You feel valued and confident. Thank you.

Hello, this afternoon I went to the reception desk at the BNP Paribas bank in Gentilly and the young woman there clearly didn't want to work. I know the work is hard, but you have to be a little more polite to the customers.

I submitted a loan application four months ago. It was a very good application, which was actually passed on to a competitor. I haven't heard back from the advisor who met with me, not a single response. It's appalling. How can a bank with such a reputation act like this?
