Not responding to calls, not discharging mortgage when loan has been closed: should not be allowed to operate After lodging a complaint with head office in Adelaide, new manager returned my calls and assisted with sorting issue (Many thanks to her!). Still wasted a lot of my time and Bendigo has an issue with forming their staff : one has not done what he was supposed to do, one was absolutely unhelpful on the phone, they give you the "not my job, call branch" response and I could go on. Sorry, but get a much much better service from Westpac.

From the best bank to the worst. Branch opening hours have gone froM a 5pm close to 4pm, and now, 2PM! It’s incredible. When I provided feedback, the response was dismissive and rude. It’s like they were offended that I had the audacity to expect to use a branch. My job for next week is to close all four of my accounts and move to a better bank, which at this point feels like literally any other bank that can be bothered to be open past lunchtime.

Mark is an absolute gem- kind, funny, relaxed, and very efficient...but he can't do this job alone! Every time I've come in here there's been a huge line, and as there's only one person serving (even a super efficient person) it just takes ages. Need at least two people serving Bendigo customers here, one just isn't enough.
