It's unbelievable how unpleasant they can be. They speak to you with contempt, don't listen, and completely disregard the opening hours. At 8:30, the ATM swallowed my card, and after two minutes of calling, they told me to come back later, as if the problem was my fault, instead of giving it to me right then and there. And the woman in the office, who I assume is the manager, what a despicable and arrogant person! Instead of doing her job, she was looking at her phone and ignoring everyone. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I hope she gets a serious reprimand.

Last week, I went to a bank in Fuenlabrada and they told me they couldn't help me with an online banking application. Today I went to this bank in Pozuelo and I was very pleased with the service I received from Ana. She was very attentive, respectful, and always smiling.

We think we matter as customers until you go to a branch and realize you're a nuisance, an inconvenience… because of sites like this you're glad that almost everything can be done online

Good morning. Terrible experience. The treatment I received from one of the women who works there was discourteous, with a tone as if she were annoyed at the service. After I completed the transaction, thanked her, and left, I heard her shout "Good morning" in a rude manner in front of everyone. I think a bank like this should pay more attention to customer service.

I am very grateful to Ms. Ana. She was very attentive and professional. She helped me with great kindness.
