"You are not our priority." Since I've been waiting for over 50 minutes, and there are still 3 people ahead of me, I have time to talk about this office. It's an office that encourages customers to close their accounts due to the terrible service. (Update on wait time)

I'm giving it one star because you're not allowed to give zero. The service and management are terrible; they don't respect the order of service and follow a system they themselves create. My appointment was at 11:21 and I wasn't seen until 11:58, with only three people ahead of me. The staff were wandering around the offices while only one woman was actually helping. There were about eight people behind me; I suppose they managed it the same way.

Every time I go, something doesn't work or they can't process the transaction right away. Deplorable Today, at 8:15, the ATM isn't working. I wait for them to open at 8:30. They open at 8:35, and they tell me the checkout window won't open for another 20 minutes. I tell them the ATM isn't working, and that's why there aren't any people at the counter. I tell them there are three people at the table, and they tell me they don't do that. They tell me to go get a coffee and come back later, and if I want, they'll give me a complaint form. Shameful!!!! I can't even deposit any money anymore!!!!

The ATM is working. I'll be back inside another day. Taking it easy, no rush.

Today, despite the bad reviews I've seen, I tried to open an account since it's a bank nearby. I was helped by a very arrogant employee who, when I explained that I wanted to open the account with my passport, responded very dismissively that I was "obligated" to take out insurance (even though it's illegal to force someone to take out something they didn't request). He added that the bank wasn't interested in opening an account with insurance anyway. Awful. If you can avoid this branch, do so.
