I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Will at Barclays for his exceptional assistance today. I visited the branch with my mother to help her with a transfer, but we encountered significant difficulties due to the language barrier. To make matters worse, when we tried to complete the transfer over the phone, the non-native English speaker on the Fraud Team had a very strong accent, which made it nearly impossible for my mother to communicate effectively. Mr. Will went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly patient, guiding us step by step through the entire process. Thanks to a misunderstanding caused by the Fraud Team, my mother’s daily limit had been used up. Will took the time to understand the issue and helped us find a practical solution. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and capable. Thanks for his excellent support!!!

Needed to visit Barclays bank to enquire about odd activity on an old card. Spoke to Ty and the activity was found, and I now am better informed. I have been a Barclays customer for many years, I feel that they do a great job in keeping their customers safe from the avalanche of scams that are out there these days. I've used this branch several times over the last year, and have always found the staff helpful and friendly. I will remain a loyal Barclays customer. Update: I needed to sort something out with an old closed account, I was seen by Alessandra, who sorted out the issue very effectively for me. She was very charming and happy to help. I have used this branch of Barclays several times now and I must say everyone I've spoken to or have interacted with has been so nice, friendly and helpful. This is a good branch, and overall I like banking with Barclays Bank, as I feel they try to look after customers ... 👍

I had a great experience at this Barclays branch thanks to Gabriel. He was very helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to sort out what I came for, but Gabriel still did everything he could to assist me and was exceptionally kind and attentive. Excellent customer service despite the circumstances.
