She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly discuss different ideas and options with us in a way that was easy to understand. Helen was very patient, friendly, and efficient throughout our appointment. Nothing felt rushed, and she made sure we were completely comfortable with everything before we left. I had to have an emergency card issued and the service I received was absolutely exceptional. A huge thank you to Pippa, who took the time to go through everything with me calmly and thoroughly. She not only arranged my emergency card but also ensured a replacement was sent to my home address — all before I was due to go away on holiday. Such efficient, reassuring and genuinely kind service during a stressful situation
