I arrived before counter service hours had officially started and assumed I would simply have to wait. Instead, Sam approached me proactively and asked if I needed help. That small gesture already made a difference. He took the time to understand my situation and patiently guided me through everything, resolving my issue efficiently and helping me set up my banking app properly from start to finish. What stood out most was not just his professionalism — which was excellent — but his attitude. He was calm, clear, and genuinely helpful, even though it wasn’t technically counter service time yet. I have to say I find the customer service at Barclays Bank Moorgate exceptional in comparison to a few years ago. Having recently visited, from the two very helpful staff on the reception team, to the appointment with Fahmida, everything was dealt with in an extremely professional and efficient way. Fahmida in particular was excellent at sorting out issues historic consultants were unable to. Very pleased with the recent experience.
