Hello, I am extremely satisfied with my email communication with my advisor at the Maurepas BPvf on October 10 and 11, 2025. Mr. Alborghetti responded to my request competently, clearly, efficiently, and with great responsiveness. One drawback, which doesn't directly concern my advisor: I tried in vain to reach the agency by phone for two days before sending an email directly to my advisor, who responded quickly. Therefore, I will favor this last method of communication in the future.
For years I was very satisfied with the appointments I had at my Maurepas branch. Now that I'm retired and of an advanced age, I don't need to go to the branch as often...
