I want to leave this bank. I've been waiting over eight months for my bank card, but it never arrives. Every time, they make up some excuse. They're liars, period. While others get theirs in just a few weeks, why do they always have to make things difficult when they're simple? It takes months to get a piece of plastic. I'm stuck; I can't withdraw my money. I'm fed up.

This bank is large and pleasant, the welcome is good, however there are too many people, but the worst is the lady who opens the accounts in the back office, just incompetent and contemptuous, lets people go ahead and makes up lies like she has a computer breakdown, waiting too long, please separate yourself from this bad employee, for the good of everyone I will go elsewhere.

When I signed up with this bank, the banker promised me a debit card and checkbook within a month, but the problem is it's been five months and nothing. Every time, he makes up some excuse. I'm tired of this banker; he's exhausting me.

In a word: incompetence, with all that entails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
