Even though I have limited experience with the bank, I am shocked by the poor service I have received so far. There is no response to my phone calls, emails, or messages. The excuse was that they didn't have a secretary. This is a shame for a company with such a large global reputation.

Very serious, my wife came this morning, August 21, regarding the tourist allowance. An employee wearing a hijab told her that the bank is private and that she is therefore not authorized to carry out the tourist allowance procedures. A serious lie from an unscrupulous employee. I can file a complaint.

This is the worst agency in history. The employees do nothing, they don't respect their commitments to clients, and they don't take responsibility for their work. Several times, they left me waiting only to find them chatting and laughing in an office. The worst agency there is. They haven't arrived yet at 10am, they've gone out to eat at 11am, they haven't come back from their break at 1pm, the system isn't working at 2pm, and they're about to close at 3pm. Very unpleasant staff.
