Cashier absent. Very limited service quality. Staff need training and better adherence to schedules.
A receptionist who provides no information, who doesn't answer questions, just says: "I don't know," "It's not possible," he can't even direct customers to the right person who can handle their complaints and concerns. So, we opted for a bank to open a business account.
My opinion: I don't recommend this bank. The service is unprofessional; they don't even know their own bank policies or terms and conditions. Each department acts out of character, like a typical Algerian bureaucracy.
