took me more than one hour to complete a simple versement. the woman working at the counter was also so disrespectful I'm never coming back
Today I saw the worst bank and branch in all of Algeria. Absolutely no professionalism, no welcome, no politeness, no guidance for customers. The woman working at the counter, in front of everyone, had the nerve to call me "Si Mohamed" instead of using professional terms like "Monsieur." I really do not recommend this branch. And don't forget the man working at the teller desk; he asked me to get the change myself. We're sleeping at the bank just for 200 DA! I would be ashamed to ask a customer to do that.
The lack of coordination and communication between the director and his staff resulted in a delay of approximately two weeks following an unfavorable outcome. From now on, I advise and recommend private banks instead.
