Very bad experience system down and no announcements You are worst bank
The bank is so busy. To do a simple task you have to wait for a longer time. As a foreigner still I couldn’t figure out their customer service. It was good enough with me. but they should focus on their waiting time. It could save a lot of time for their regular customers. I don't know about the required documents to open a bank account that's why I couldn’t share here. Hope this will be helpful for you.

DO NOT USE THE ATM MACHINE THERE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE IT’S WORKING PROPERLY.
The place is inside a military area, so NO parking is allowed, U may let someone drop U there or park at Fathallah supermarket parking
