A staff member at this branch misused my phone number from a receipt and called me late at night inappropriately. This behavior is very concerning and unprofessional. Please be cautious!

Poor performance with slow action like a turtle! Employee Rana is clueless, useless young girl working in a bank and thinks it's a government organisation !!! Came to the bank to activate my account, very simple, very easy task to do but the bank instructions is to fill in an application!!!! And write your job and how much you earn !!!! Really is this the job of the bank ??!!! And the application takes 5 days to process!!! Is this a bank ??!! Had to come physically everyday to find out about the bloody application! And the bank manager had to intervene several times to speed up the process. What kind of mentality does this bank misr work with??!! What kind of rules is this to fill in an application for every process you need to do with the bank? What kind of financial sector is this bank belongs to??? Simple task can be done online within a minute once you verify yourself , takes ages at bank misr to done !! Plus stupid paperwork and applications for what???? Can't get the financial s

Honestly, they're too good for even one star. The receptionist's attitude was awful. And the branch manager made a rule for himself: the minimum deposit inside the branch is 100,000. How is that even possible? I had 20,000 and they refused to let me into the branch and forced me to deposit at the machine. I hope whoever is responsible for this will be held accountable.
