My experience with this bank was extremely disappointing, particularly due to the behavior of the client service agent who wears glasses. He appears to be unaware of the proper procedures for creating bank accounts and handles clients in an irresponsible and provocative manner. Instead of fulfilling his duties, he procrastinates and neglects his responsibilities. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, and he does not deserve to hold this position.

Most of the time, cash is readily available at the ATM; it's not too crowded, but there's a problem with parking outside.
