If I could give less than one star, I would, given the worst banking experience of my life. I intended to open an account at Al Baraka Bank Algeria – Kouba branch, but the chaos, apathy, and disorganization I witnessed immediately changed my mind. The level of negligence and unprofessionalism within the branch was catastrophic by any measure: no respectful reception, no clear directions, and the employees acted as if they were completely unconcerned with serving customers. Frankly, you can't trust a bank that can't even manage a simple process like welcoming a new customer. If this is how it starts, what will the services be like later on? I decided against opening the account and opted for a more respectable and professional bank. Customer trust is earned, not assumed, and Al Baraka Bank – Kouba branch, unfortunately, failed even the simplest test.

Staff with no skills! Poor and incredibly archaic quality of service! I'll say they please the customers! I really don't recommend this agency! Unwelcoming staff! A disaster.

Encountering an employee who had no idea what their bank offered, all that information was wrong and showed a complete lack of professionalism.

Fast service and attentive and friendly employee, otherwise no parking.
