Horrible Branch especially the gentleman whose pic has been posted here by someone here already. I think he was the manager on duty the day we visited this branch. He refused to open our joint account because the signatures on my resident card were slightly different than my Passport. I told him my passport is almost 10 years old. Showed him my Canje Visa, immigration paperwork , identifications from United States but nothing was good enough for him. My partner closed his account and we opened our joint account with another Bank with no issues. No one wants to help you at this branch and they have zero personalities. No concept of customer service none whatsoever.

Went and had a horrible experience at this Banorte location, MOD was on a power trip. Went to the bank to open a new account or add my partner to my existing account but unfortunately wasn’t a success due to MOD was not being helpful at all & didn’t know how to use logic and common sense when comparing signatures on a 10 years old passport vs to a brand New resident card issued by the Mexican government. You would think 🤔 if we had provided all the documents issued by the Mexican authorities plus U.S passport + U.S drivers license + Mexican immigration documents RFC etc ….it’s should be ok to open a bank account in Mexico. Nope 👎 not at Banorte. If you want good service from a Bank stay away from Banorte especially, this particular branch.

I should have read the reviews before using the atm. It gave me 5 seconds to take my card back. I was putting the receipt away and it automatically drew the card back in and kept my card. If the bank cares about its reputation at all it would stop business with the atm company. It was slightly after hours and I saw some employees chatting. I ask through the door if they could help me but they kept repeating “it’s closed”, rather than simply telling me that they didn’t have my card, but that the ATM company DESTROYS the cards. It would have saved me from needing to walk 15 minute back in the morning.

DO NOT USE THIER ATM'S THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, I TRAVELED HERE FROM USA AND USED MY ATM TO PULL OUT MONEY AND THEY CHARGED MY BACK WITHOUT GIVING ME MY MONEY - BEWARE OF THEM! DONT DO IT!

Do not use. Their ATMs will force you to use their in-house ridiculous exchange rate... even when you clearly declined (by pressing the decline button) on their ATMs screens.
