This branch's service is terrible; this bank is known for showing favoritism. When I arrived, there were only two people waiting, three tellers (but only one working), and only one customer was served in 10 minutes. Four other people arrived after me and obviously got served first, meaning six people were ahead of me, with only two tellers working (the other one probably went to breakfast). Now that's what I call favoritism! Of course, I left, and seven minutes later my phone notified me it was my turn. I'd waited approximately 40 minutes, being the third person in line! 😤

I went on a Saturday (since I can't go during the week because of the hours) to get a replacement card, and they told me that can only be done Monday through Friday because their system doesn't allow it! They told me to go to an Oxxo store for a card that they supposedly sell there, and I could activate it on my app. Surprise, surprise, Oxxo hasn't received any of those cards in months. Isn't the person who works there (at the entrance) supposed to be up-to-date on the information they provide? It used to be one of the least bad banks, and now it's become one of the worst.

Terrible service. I went on Saturday to complete a transaction and they said it can only be done Monday through Friday because of their system. Their customer service is getting worse and worse, but they keep calling to offer services. NEVER have an account with this bank.

The worst service you could ever find at a bank branch. I've been waiting two months for a response regarding a loan. Since I live out of town, it's very difficult for me to go to a branch in person. They gave me these two phone numbers, but no one answers either, no matter what time I call. It seems completely absurd to ask you to call if they're never going to answer. I hope they take action to improve.

The worst service I've ever experienced from an executive. They gave us one piece of information and then changed it five minutes later. And when it suits them, like when they want to cancel insurance, nobody knows anything about this branch. I've been going there for about 20 years and it's gone downhill fast. What a shame.
