I was quite satisfied with the office service. A very nice young man helped me. I'd been dealing with a problem for quite some time, and he was able to resolve it quickly. Very happy.

I've been a customer since Evo merged with Bankinter, and the problems have been constant ever since. It's unacceptable to have to wait over a month for the mortgage department to respond to an inquiry, or to apply for a personal loan, receive confirmation that the application has been processed, and then discover two weeks later—after calling again—that there's actually no record of it. The lack of follow-up and communication is astounding. Frankly, I expected a much more professional level of service from an institution like Bankinter.

I went to the office today, Tuesday, at 4:15 PM, a quarter of an hour before closing time, and there was nobody there, even though all the lights were on. I waited, but no one answered the doorbell.

I've been a customer for over six months and I'm delighted. Excellent service and management overall. Highly recommended!
