My account was closed without any explanation or warning. No one can give a reason. There was no letter, no notifications or SMS either. My documents are in order, the origin of the funds is confirmed. But the bank closed my account and does not allow me to put money into the account, but continues to make write-offs on the account, makes a negative balance on my account, then they include a fine for the fact that I have an unpaid account and commissions for using the account although it is closed and I have no way to put money into the account, but they continue to write off money. Worse experience ever ... 9 months to rescue my pension plans, inefficient processes, high turnover, no follow up from employees.

Good for EU foreigners as they do not take a fee yet for getting cash

I heard they don’t take fees from bank from other countries in EU ,but they take 4euro now.
