These people do this right in front of their customers and couldn't care less about the attention they need. No manager has ever been available to answer my questions, and when you email them, they never reply, always with excuses, like "I'm out" or whatever they feel like saying, without any real reason. I understand they know perfectly well why more and more customers are choosing to leave this institution, Bankinter. AWFUL. PS: They charge a fee for having a debit card. Not for a credit card, but they do charge a fee for a debit card to pay your bills with your own money.

I'm about to make a deposit into my Bankinter account at 2:15 p.m., and they tell me the cash register has been closed since 2:00 p.m. Both the website and the door indicate it's closed until 4:30 p.m. Disgraceful employees.
