BMO Bank of Montreal UNIT 11 1633 Mountain Road

The service has gone downhill. There’s 2 tellers working with a huge lineup, and you can see in the offices on either side that there are 5 other employees doing other things. I am sure some of them are pretty busy, but I don’t understand why just one of them can’t t hop on and help out the tellers to clear up the lineup that is almost to the door. Actual service at the counter is sufficient, but I imagine it would be much better if they were not swamped…

Parth Vaidya gave me an excellent customer service. He is pro-active, professional, and take the time to explain and repeat if needed. He knows his products.

While the staff are always friendly and pleasant, the wait times for making a simple cash payment on my credit card are consistently too long. It would be great to see a bit more focus on efficiency during transactions, especially for customers in a hurry.

Excellent service. It's Saturday and I had some banking to take care of. I spoke with the branch manager and had my request quickly resolved. I found the bank manager professional and friendly. It was a very positive experience.

I opened my account 5 years ago at this location. From day 1, customer service has been outstanding. This Thursday, I had to go twice in a day and had great service from both tellers. I was curious about safety deposit boxes and the teller kindly explained to me what packages were available based on my needs. I would say that BMO has provided me the best banking experience I've ever experienced in my life.
