BMO Bank of Montreal Hwy #11 17600 Yonge Street

Extremely disappointed in the team. Lined up patently. Only one teller working. As I waited others just started showing up. As I get to the front to deposit money. Front lady tells me I can only do 3 as per policy. Calls the manager to dispute with me. She follows up by saying only 5 max… told them both instead of arguing we could just get the deposits done… I don’t appreciate the fake policy made by the teller. I AM DEPOSITING MONEY INTO YOUR BANK?!?!? Not my fault your under staff lol

I know Yannie ( personal Banker) in this branch for almost 2 years. She is the absolute sweetest, professional, caring, smart and helpful person. She understands the concept of time sensitivity and use her every second free time to improve your banking need. There is no time limit for her to help. All my requests will happen with her delicate follow ups and try. I Highly recommend her for all the personal banking advices.❤️❤️❤️

The employee with the ponytail was unprofessional, dismissive, and refused to help with a simple prepaid credit card activation. Once a supervisor got involved, it was resolved in two minutes !

Hello. I'm so happy with this bank. Jon, the manager is the best manager I have dealt with. He is really caring and you don't feel like you are dealing with someone who is speaking to you in "bank-speak." He is very down-to-earth for those of us whose forte isn't in the math and finance department! So nice to deal with someone who actually works so hard and gets things done. His response rate is actually unbelievable in a world where people seem to do the "bare minimum" to get by. He goes above and beyond!
