Worse service, irresponsible staffs. My issue was escalated to branch manager Monika Kaur is even more worse, negative mindset, unprofessional attitude! How a branch bank manager can be so irresponsible? Absurd! I'm going to escalate my issue to senior manager now at resolution office.
Worst bank. Pire banque. Branch manager is unprofessional. Worst service. She shouldn't be with customers. Your service level should be the same irrespective of location of the branch.
After 40 years of doing business there was treated like garbage as soon as I had an issue.
Huge thanks to the branch manager Mr.Marc Jiji for taking his time on resolving issues within his autonomy in a timely manner and he is a great person with a fantastic attitude and empathy. I will personally write a letter to Bmo’s clients feedback thanking Marc’s exceptional service.
Line ups are long , shirt staffed on tellers and their f...atms always broken . I lost $50 to their atm it showed no transaction
