Unbelievable. ATM hours are now inline with banking hour. Not only do you increase fees and cut back staff services, you even cut back the ATM hours. Can’t go inside to the ATM. People have to stand outside and use the car drive through ATM with cars and people in the car lane. I will be closing all my accounts with you. Good bye.
Incredibly frustrating to not be able to access the ATMs now outside of banking hours, especially having to wait in line for the lone drive-thru machine (which is unreliable at best) behind other cars and pedestrian users. This is a great inconvenience. The reply to the previous reviewer that justified the restriction is ridiculous. These rules and decisions are totally out of touch with reality and the effects they have on the needs of the people your business is meant to serve. Call the police if there are security concerns. Don't punish the thousands of customers that rely on these services.
For one of the only BMO locations in the area you would think they would make sure to have all services available even off bank hours. I needed to widthdraw cash for an emergency on a Sunday morning, interior ATMs inaccessible, ONLY 1 drive-through ATM and it was NOT STOCKED with cash. Completely USELESS. Montreal has way more security concerns and yet interior ATMs are still accessible and exterior ATMs are still stocked with cash. Come on now. Cornwall clients deserve better than this. Unbelievable.
I went to deposit a cheque in the bank machine this morning and find they have the doors locked with a note saying the machines are not accessible during off hours. It said to use the drive-thru. What happened to service. The machines were installed for people that don't work "banker's hours". What's going to be next?!
I totally understand it is not the fault of the tellers or staff but surely BMO could afford to hire more front line workers. 45 + minute wait to deposit money into my business account is not acceptable customer service. Of course I can't use the machine so I'm stuck having to wait. The business line is rarely open. If I were to implement the same business strategy I'd be out of business. BMO do better.
